These commuicators have settings that allow you to encrypt transmissions and lock them to certain parties. As far as I know, they're secure, but they weren't created by us.

I might really be younger now -- the last thing I remember was definitely before you were in the Turks. But we all take orders from Tseng, so as far as I'm concerned, that puts us on the same foot.
